All pricing is in US Dollars.
We gladly accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Credit card payments may be made through Paypal.Personal check and money orders are expected within 10 days of purchase, and are held for clearing prior to shipping.
Boxes ship on the 20th of February, April, June, August, October, December, unless that falls on a weekend or holiday (in which case they ship out on the next business day). If you sign up by the 15th of the above months, your first box will ship that month. If you sign up after the 15th of the listed months, your first box will ship the next listed month.
If you purchase a 2, 3 box or 6 box subscription you pay the full purchase price at checkout. In exchange for paying the full price at checkout you save 5%, 7.5% or 15% over the bi-monthly subscription plan. You will receive one box every other month for the time period you select.
If you purchase a bimonthly plan, you will receive one box every other month on the dates listed above. You will be billed the membership fee on the same date once every two months.
Your first payment is charged when you sign up, and will be applied to your first month. After that, subscriptions automatically renew on the same date every other month (example: if you subscribe Jan. 7 you will pay your first payment at checkout, then you will be billed on the 7th of March, May, July, Sept. & Nov.)
Please note that subscriptions automatically renew unless you log into your account and cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, though once a subscription payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
At any time, you can manage your subscription, which you can do here. You can skip a month, swap subscription types, update your shipping address, or even cancel. If you have any questions or need help making adjustments to your account, please email us at email@example.com
We use USPS for our shipping.
US customers can choose from:
- First-Class Mail® 2-4 Business Days
- Priority Mail® 1-3 Business Days
- Priority Mail Express® Overnight delivery to most locations, including PO Boxes.
International customers can choose from:
- First-Class Package International Service®
- Priority Mail International® 6-10 Business Days
- Priority Mail Express International® 3-5 Business Days
- Global Express Guaranteed® 1-3 Business Days

Non-subscription products will ship within 5 days after your payment is completed. Custom and dyed to order products may take 2-3 weeks from start to shipping. Please contact us if your order is urgent.
Refunds and Exchanges
The Dyeing Arts will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on most items, due to the nature of custom orders we can only offer refunds or exchange if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery if you have an issue with an Item. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly on different computer monitors.
