What are my subscription options?

If you purchase a paid in full (6 shipment) subscription you pay the total amount for 6 shipments at checkout. In exchange for paying the total amount for multiple packages at checkout you save 15% over the bimonthly plan. You will receive one shipment every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December) for the time period you select.

Paid in full (6 shipment) subscription is not available after February 10th for 2020.

If you purchase a bimonthly plan, you will receive one shipment every other month. You will be billed the membership fee on the same date once every two months.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

When will my package ship?

Packages ship on the 20th of February, April, June, August, October, December, unless that falls on a weekend or holiday (in which case they ship out on the next business day).If you sign up by the 10th of the above months, your first shipment will be sent that month. If you sign up after the 10th of the listed months, your first shipment will be sent the next listed month.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment is charged when you sign up, and will be applied to your first month. After that, bimonthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same date every other month (example: if you subscribe Jan. 7 you will pay your first payment at checkout, then you will be billed on the 7th of March, May, July, Sept. & Nov.). Continuing paid in full (6 shipment) subscriptions renew on the same date of the next year

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Please note that continuing subscriptions automatically renew unless you log into your account and cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, though once a subscription payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

How can I manage my subscription?

At any time, you can manage your subscription, which you can do here. You can skip a month, swap subscription types, update your shipping address, or even cancel. If you have any questions or need help making adjustments to your account, please email us at tara@thedyeingarts.com

Can I send a gift subscription?

Yes, just check the box labeled “this is a gift”, and type in the recipients email address.
